		<description>Have been debating since visiting France before christmas, how best to acheive Tarte au framboise, i had considered going down the pastry cream route but wanted to replicate what i had had in France, so i finally decided on almond frangipane and when cooked arrange rasperries on the top, not sure how to complete it! dont want to use a jelly, any suggestions</description>

The tart looks marvellous. Creme pâstissière is the standard filling for fruit tarts; if you find that it&#039;s overpowering the fruit, you can lighten it by whipping it with cream.</description>

		<description>Thanks.  It was only as I was making the last one that I realized that I could arrange the raspberries artfully.  Obviously, that&#039;s the one that got photographed.  The others just had a jumble of raspberries on them.  They still tasted just as good.</description>
