The cookbook I’ve been using for Chinese cooking has really impressed me. I can follow a recipe usually but that doesn’t guarantee success. I haven’t had anything bad come out of it yet.

I tried Martin Yan’s from his Chinatown Cooking book, but the sauce was gross (which I’m ashamed to say because I’m a total Martin Yan groupie). Will have to try this soon. Very soon.
