		<description><![CDATA[My wife is from the south so she has quite the affinity for creamed corn.  Luckily for us, the beginning of the local corn crop has come in  so I was able to make it for the first time this year.  And, yes, the seasons in California are weird.  We&#039;ll have local corn from now until November or so.]]></description>

Someone else who likes creamed corn!  Everyone gives me the old stink-eye around these parts (Western Canada) when I start getting my creamed corn cravings.  

Homemade cream corn even better. 

I too, enjoy the humble pork chop but am often unsatisfied with how it turns out.  I&#039;ll be giving this one a shot.]]></description>
