Amrita - Thanks for the compliments.  I hope you get a chance to get out in the wild sometime soon.

waterloohall - I can assure you the pictures are real and minimally post processed.  That&#039;s actually how it looked.

distinque - I&#039;m the same way.  I never get out as much as I should but I relish the chances I do get.

Nate - I was a bit surprised by the egg in the marinade.  My bet is that it&#039;s really there to form a bit of an emulsion between the oil and the vinegar, sort of like a mayonnaise.  That is, however, just a guess.  I just decided to follow the recipe.</description>
